Yes. Harry is a licensed electrician (REC) and our refrigeration and air conditioning work is carried out under ARCtick certification. We're fully insured, and every job is completed to Australian safety standards and regulations.

How quickly can you come out?

Same-day service is often available for standard jobs, and we run a 24/7 callout for genuine electrical and refrigeration emergencies — power faults, tripped circuits, failed cool rooms and the like.

Do I need to be home for a quote?

Not always. For straightforward jobs we can often quote over the phone or from a few photos. Anything more involved — a switchboard upgrade, a new split system, a solar install — we'll come out and have a look in person.

Yes — a good part of our work is residential, commercial and rural. Farm switchboards, sheds, cool rooms and irrigation-adjacent electrical work are all familiar territory.

What are your standard hours?

Monday to Friday, 7am–5pm, with a separate 24/7 line for genuine emergencies.

Do you take on commercial as well as residential jobs?

Yes — cafes, shops and small commercial sites alongside homes. Cool rooms and commercial refrigeration are a regular part of the work.

Do you provide a Certificate of Electrical Safety?

Yes. On completion of electrical works we issue a Certificate of Electrical Safety — documented proof the job meets the required standard. It matters for insurance and for a future sale of the property.

Yes, all refrigeration and air conditioning work is carried out under ARCtick certification, the mandatory Australian licensing scheme for handling refrigerants.

Yes. We design and install rooftop solar and battery storage sized to your home and usage, installed to Australian standards by the same local team that handles your electrical work.
