Solar On Electrical is a completely separate, independently owned business — not a division of Phillips Electrical & Refrigeration — run by Brooke Coghlan out of Echuca. Brooke's been in the electrical trade for over 30 years and started Solar On Electrical in 2013 to bring properly designed, properly installed solar to the region. I've seen his team's work and I'd back it without hesitation.
